This type of activity has risks associated with it, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, traffic and conditions of the road, all risks that are known and appreciated by me. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the course. I understand that this event will be held regardless of weather conditions. In consideration of acceptance of this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators waive any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the organizers and sponsors of the Feet For Food, Village of Midlothian, Saint Stephen Lutheran Church, the Illinois Association of the USA Track & Field, sponsors, volunteers, individuals associated with the event, their representatives, successors, assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me in connection with said event, including pre- and post-race activities, even though that liability may arise out of carelessness or negligence on the part of the persons named in this waiver. I verify and warrant that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for this event and that I have no medical condition which prevents me from participating. I have been warned that I must be in good health to participate in this event.
Bicycles, in-line skates, other wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs),
baby joggers, strollers & dogs are not allowed in the race.
